The Full Story
Why did we open a restaurant?
We (Andrina and Craig) have always enjoyed eating out. After COVID, we realized that customer service had really taken a hit and we were disappointed whenever we ate out. One night, we had a light bulb moment and decided that the only way to fix this was to open our own restaurant. We wanted to do everything we could to provide the high level of quality food and service that we thought was missing. And that's how the idea of Fish and Chips Houston was born.
Our Mission
It is quite simple. To prepare the freshest tasting, made from scratch, traditional British food. This means sourcing the best Cod and Haddock to provide Fish and Chips just like you would find in the UK.

And the service is key. We strive to hire the right people to make the dining experience fun, friendly and make you feel like you are part of our family.
