(Kitchen closes at 9pm everyday)
About the Role
Responsibilities will include:
Running Line during busy periods.
Prepping food as necessary.
Maintaining hygiene standards.
Liaising with expo to make sure tickets are timely.
Assist in the development of menu items.
Standardize recipes and plate presentations.
Maintaining clean work stations.
Work with the management team to create memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook and Prep Cook with up to date food safety certification. The right candidate will be working a busy kitchen in the Kemah Lighthouse district.
About the Company
We are a family owned, brand new British Fish and Chips Pub located in the Kemah Lighthouse District. You will report to the general manager who has years of experience in the industry.
